Well I made it thru my first day on support at Telligent without getting axed! :-)

Just kidding of course, it was a pretty good day I worked on Gold Forum support.

Dave Burke has been kind enough to help me in getting my new hat to fit just right and so far I only got corrected once by Eric Duncan it will be good to get back to helping others in the community forums as well like I used to do before ASPnix!

So far I can see a need for a few adjustments to how things work on the forums to make managing support a little better but it's been great and I am looking forward to each new day at work.
