Help Desk Happenings

So Incase you don't already know I now work at the Help Desk at the Wand Corporation in Eden Prairie Minnesota. Wand is a software company that creates, sells, and supports POS(Point of sale systems - Fancy name for cash registers) for the Quick Serv(Fancy name for fast food) Industry. I get this call the other evening from one of our customer's from down south that they had a power outage and now there system won't come back on and after thirty minutes on the phone having them unplugging everything and trying to push the power button on the pc they finally tell me that the power is still out......Sigh! :-)
