Ok I know it's been a while since I have been posting so I have made a promise to myself to start something new and to challenge myself with at least one post a week even I should be able to do that right?

I guess I am still adjusting to fairly new job and trying to balance personal and work can be a bit tiring and can burn you out. I really love my work but sometimes I get so involved that when there is some down time I get away from the machine and go outside and see the sun so the new plan is to make sure I take some down time during the day and then maybe I can find some time to write some of my ramblings.

My Dad came to visit for 5 days which was great because we have not done anything like that together for a long time it seems we went to our favorite pub the first night he flew in called the Stone Cellar Brew Pub very good food and awesome brew made right there alongside the fox river then we went to the Wisconsin Dells and had fun talking a cruise up the down both the upper and lower Dells the Upper Dells was a nice slow boat ride with 2 stop offs and the Lower Dells we took the Ducks which were totally cool you can drive them on the street and off road and then right into the water and run like a boat.

The next thing on the agenda is planning when my son Brent will come for a summer visit I am always excited about his visit although I remember what it was like to be a teenager with your first real girl friend so at some point you can't help it but you get beat out, but can you blame him?   After that I want to plan a trip down to Dallas to visit with friends and co-workers since I work remotely it's a big deal to me to go for a visit so I am also looking forward to that.

Camping and Summerfest are also on the schedule!
